This policy applies to HolyLaunch memberships and any digital products purchased through holylaunch.com. By purchasing, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service.
1. Digital Products & Immediate Access
HolyLaunch provides digital content, training, tools, and community access. Your membership gives you immediate access to this content as soon as your payment is processed.
2. Refunds
Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we review every request individually and may grant a refund at our discretion, depending on the circumstances and the reason you provide. To request one, email support@holylaunch.com with your order details and the reason for your request. We will consider it in good faith, but the final decision rests with HolyLaunch, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
3. Cancelling Your Subscription
Your membership is a recurring subscription that renews automatically each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time:
- In your account settings, or
- By emailing support@holylaunch.com.
Cancellation stops all future renewal charges. Your access remains active until the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for the remaining time.
4. Introductory & Promotional Pricing
If you join at an introductory or promotional rate, your subscription will automatically renew at the standard price after the introductory period ends, unless you cancel before the next billing date.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your access until payment is successfully made.
6. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off or withdrawal period for digital purchases (such as the EU/EEA), those rights apply where they cannot be waived. By purchasing and accessing the content immediately, you may be consenting to immediate performance and waiving any withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.
