Welcome to HolyLaunch. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of holylaunch.com and the HolyLaunch membership, content, tools, and community (the "Service"), operated by HolyLaunch ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to be the paying account holder. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian's permission and supervision, and they accept responsibility for the account and all charges.

2. Your Account

Keep your login details private and do not share them. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Memberships are personal and may not be shared, resold, or transferred. We may suspend accounts that are shared or misused.

3. Membership & Billing

The Service is a recurring subscription. Current pricing and billing frequency are shown at checkout. Your subscription automatically renews each billing cycle at the then-current price (including after any introductory rate) until you cancel, and you authorize us to charge your payment method accordingly. We may change prices with reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel anytime in your account settings or by emailing support@holylaunch.com. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. 5. Content & Intellectual Property

All courses, videos, blueprints, templates, tools, branding, and other materials ("Content") belong to or are licensed by HolyLaunch. While your membership is active, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Content for your own use. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, or republish the Content, or use it to create competing materials. This license ends when your membership ends.

6. Community & Acceptable Use

If you post in the community, you are responsible for what you share and must have the right to share it. Do not post anything unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or spammy, and do not solicit other members without permission. Do not misuse, hack, scrape, or disrupt the Service. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. No Guarantee of Results or Income

HolyLaunch provides education and tools — not a guarantee of any result, income, or success. Any examples or testimonials are individual results and are not typical. Your outcome depends on your own effort, decisions, and market factors; you may make little or no money, or lose money. Nothing here is financial, legal, or tax advice — seek your own professional advice. You are responsible for your own business and for your legal and tax compliance.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HolyLaunch is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the [three (3) months] before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination & Changes

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or for other reasons at our discretion; your license to the Content ends when your membership ends. We may update the Service or these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date, and continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [COUNTRY], and disputes are subject to the courts of [COUNTRY], except where consumer law lets you bring proceedings in your home country.
